Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you total control over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
